Privacy and transparency
Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Rick's Café Casablanca uses cookies and similar technologies on its website and online services.

About cookies
Cookies are small files or identifiers stored by a browser. Similar technologies, such as local browser storage, may also remember an essential preference. In this policy, “cookies” includes those technologies where relevant.
The categories we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These technologies operate and protect the website and services requested by a visitor. They may maintain a form, remember an essential choice, protect a service against misuse, and apply the conditions of a reservation. They remain available when you choose “Essential Only.”
Optional analytics
These tools help us understand general website use. They must be activated only after “Accept All” is selected and are not required to view the website or use its essential functions.
Online reservation service
When the online reservation service uses a process identifier, it is first-party, random, and limited to 48 hours. It is used only to maintain and protect the process, apply the dining reservation policy, and prevent misuse. The identifier does not contain a name, email address, telephone number, or reservation details.
Operational information temporarily associated with that identifier is maintained separately by the reservation service. The identifier recognizes continuity of a browser; it does not establish the identity of the person using it.
What we do not use it for
- No targeted advertising or sale of data.
- No tracking across different websites.
- No device fingerprinting.
- No long-term behavioral customer profile.
- No use of essential reservation data for optional analytics.

Local browser storage
Your choices
“Accept All” permits essential functions and optional analytics. “Essential Only” disables optional tools while retaining technologies needed to operate and protect the services you use, including the reservation process.
Managing or removing cookies
You can remove or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent some functions, including online reservations, from operating correctly.
