Live performances, a composed gala dinner, and Moroccan hospitality come together in a restaurant dressed for one extraordinary night. ### The rhythm of the night Two live bands, each with a female vocalist, take turns throughout the evening: a jazz and Latin ensemble bringing swing and warmth, followed by an Arabic music band carrying the celebration with festive classics and rhythms. ### A taste of Morocco A composed three-course gala dinner served at the table: - **Starter:** Date, almond and mesclun salad. - **Main course:** Beef medallion and shrimp surf & turf, creamy thyme sauce and green beans. - **Dessert:** Baked pear with amlou, toasted almonds and vanilla parfait. Throughout the night, oysters and canapés are presented: chicken and minced-meat briouates, fried chicken wings, fish skewers, cheese or tuna mini vol-au-vent, salmon and spinach rolls, chicken and mushroom quiche, and goat cheese and peach rolls.
