| Hi Rick, me and my wife Michaela did have a great evening in Ricks at 4th of January 2010. We only stayed for one night in Casa - but it was the best evening at our time in Maroc. | My wife Becky and I had the good fortune to attend the last New Year's get together at Rick's. Kathy is a gracious and effervescent hostess, the food was excellent, the service was perfectly choreographed and what can I say about the talent and personality of Lennie B that hasn't been said fifty thousand times before (though he did accuse me of looking like a gangster). We had a great time, met some nice people and though it's a long way from Texas to Casablanca, hope to return.

South Beach has always been a model I use in trying to convince local authorities that historic preservation is value-added. I'm still trying. I'll get to South Beach one day, with pleasure.
